Provide a wide variety of strategic planning, technical writing and project support for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Terminal Facilities. Serve on project teams to participate in project meetings and develop required documentation, to include controlled FAA documents, meeting minutes, and action items, as required. Support the full lifecycle of identified FAA projects, to include scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Specific Job Functions:

Generate program/project status, schedule indicators, project schedule trends, and schedule optimizations.

Coordinate with technical personnel to gather, compile, organize, and accurately describe in writing in correct format: technical information and policies/procedures.

Provide technical analysis and preparation of technical documentation.

Provide program and organizational analysis and process mapping.

Provide coordination and logistical support for planning sessions.

Develop and analyze weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics.

Identify potential project trends and risks to management.

Coordinate and participate in project meetings and document results, meeting minutes, and action items, as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Tangible Qualifications : ** **
Experience within the aviation industry or the FAA is preferred.
Experience with airport traffic control tower (ATCT) operations a plus.
Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high-tempo environment.
Expertise with MS Office Suite.
Capability to work independently or as a member of a project team.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university and 5–10 year’s related experience. 15 years of related experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
