- Analyze compensation data and trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Develop training programs related to compensation policies and practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams on recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
- Assist in the administration of employee contracts, including FMLA considerations.
- Utilize systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, and ADP for data management and reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments based on market research.
- Support management in understanding compensation-related issues and strategies.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the design and implementation of compensation, payroll and benefits plans, while ensuring that government reporting requirements are met.
- Develops salary administration programs and structures as well as determining pay levels and grade structure. Participates in salary surveys to insure company compensation is in line with the company's compensation philosophy. Provides recommendations for the development of incentive programs.
- Manages annual re-evaluation of benefit programs for cost effectiveness and legal compliance, and conducts market comparisons.
- Evaluates job classifications and conducts benchmarking for new and existing positions.
- Executes and manages functions related to the creation of job descriptions, assignment of job codes annually.
- Maintains a solid foundation in the analysis and impact of business financials.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in a compensation analysis role or similar position within Human Resources.
- Proficiency in UKG, Oracle, Salesforce, UltiPro, ADP, or other HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and contract management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Currently possess Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain is required.
