About the Role
NetSuite Administrators at Hinge Health are crucial to the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure. They ensure the day-to-day development, administration, and troubleshooting of all NetSuite related items, holding a position of high trust with administrative access to our most sensitive financial systems. As a NetSuite Administrator you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, designing and implementing customized solutions to scale our backend financial applications.
This role is critical to empower the business with a single source of truth, actionable operational and financial insights, as well as scalable, efficient and compliant processes. Your expertise in NetSuite and other applicable accounting/finance software will help scale our business for success for the long-term.

Basic Qualifications
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $84,800 - $127,200/year.

What You'll Accomplish

- Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
- Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.
- Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving order-to-cash and procure-to-pay applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Supply Chain to identify system improvement opportunities, lead system upgrades, and implement new solutions.
- Research and analyze application behaviors and defects, while improving performance and stability
- Implement integrations between NetSuite and 3rd party applications including the utilization of Celigo
- Create ad hoc reports and saved searches in Netsuite
- Track and Document tasks in Jira, also creating useful guides for end users

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with Netsuite in an administrative/developer role
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement integrations with Netsuite
- Competent working with SuiteScript. Experience creating new scripts from scratch.
- Develop and generate financial reports, dashboards, and custom analytics within NetSuite
- Familiarity with development pipelines and version control (e.g. GIT, SuiteCloud Development)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Workato, Boomi, etc.
- Experience working with SQL/SuiteQL
- NetSuite Certifications are a nice to have
- Experience with Netsuite advanced locations, fixed asset management, advanced revenue, warehouse management, and inventory modules is a plus.
- Banking integration experience is a plus
- SOX and HIPAA knowledge
