The ideal start date is 2/3. Schedule will be Monday - Friday clinic hours 7 am - 6 pm and 40 hours are guaranteed per week. Candidates will preferably have 1 years experience to be considered. Must have a IN state license/be willing to obtain state licensure, and compact licenses are accepted.
