Janitor/ Building Maintenance Job at Cogent Infotech Corporation in Dallas

Building maintenance duties include but not limited to:

• Sweeping – floor to be swept and/or vacuumed
• Mopping – floors to be damp or wet mopped, mops and buckets must be cleaned after each use
• Trash – all waste baskets, recycle bins, and other trash containers in the work areas, offices, lunch room, or hallways shall be emptied and returned to their initial locations. Replace soiled or torn plastic liners. Boxes, cans, papers and other trash to be placed in trash dumpster or recycle dumpster
• Restrooms – general cleaning of all restrooms to include sweeping, mopping and scrubbing floors, cleaning mirrors, walls, partitions. Cleaning commodes and urinals. Servicing and cleaning restrooms during employee working hours shall be at intervals frequent enough to maintain an adequate supply of paper towels, commode seat covers (in dispensers), toilet tissue, and liquid hand soap dispensers. Empty trash/waste containers.

The assignment start length is likely to be 1 – 3 months. A candidate with janitorial experience in office building and/or hospitality type of environment is preferred
