Role Responsibilities

1. Transaction Management:
   1. Record and categorize investment-related transactions in QuickBooks and SAGE.
   2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies and standards.
2. Investor Onboarding and Subscription Management:
   1. Consolidate investor subscription documents and update the investment tracking sheet.
   2. Maintain accurate and organized records of investor activity in Excel.
3. Entity and Account Setup:
   1. Create new investment entities and set up bank accounts.
   2. Ensure compliance by submitting regulatory information for LLCs.
4. Financial Recordkeeping:
   1. Maintain up-to-date financial records and transaction logs.
   2. Support timely updates to accounting systems for audit readiness.
5. High-Net-Worth Investor Relations:
   1. Address inquiries from high-net-worth investors with professionalism.
   2. Foster trust through clear and attentive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or investor relations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, such as expense categorization, general ledger structure, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAGE, and Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain orderly financial records.
• Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members to clarify financial data or resolve inconsistencies.
