Job Summary
As a Night Shift Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of commercial kitchens. Your responsibilities will include:
- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficiently setting up and breaking down job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Maintaining and managing equipment, and promptly reporting discrepancies.
Physical Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be physically able to climb ladders for rooftop access to commercial establishments.
- Have the ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs. for at least 100 feet.
- Be capable of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and work efficiently under time constraints.
