Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the company. Position the brand as a leader in lifestyle and culture within the cannabis industry through impactful storytelling and creative campaigns. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including product launches and strategic partnerships. Deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports on marketing initiatives, complete with thorough ROI analyses. Oversee the brand's identity development, ensuring uniformity across all marketing platforms. Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and events. Enhance the brand's online presence through innovative digital marketing strategies. Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence. Stay updated with industry trends, leveraging consumer insights to inform strategic decisions. Required Skills Profound understanding of the cannabis landscape, including regulatory frameworks and consumer behavior. Strong creative vision and direction for comprehensive marketing strategies. Competency in data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts. Exceptional leadership qualities, combined with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years in senior marketing roles, with a focus on lifestyle, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or cannabis industries. At least 5 years of experience in a Vice President of Marketing position, demonstrating success in brand development and market growth. Proven track record in managing sizable teams and substantial marketing budgets across various channels.
