What you’ll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition space and being a thought leader to our existing team members. With exponential growth plans for 2025, this hands-on role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing and attracting top talent across all key areas of the business with a focus on non-technical roles.
This role is based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation.
- Stay ahead of trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing our values of ownership and never settle.
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals.
- Source and identify top-tier talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role within a tech startup environment.
- Proven results hiring in various corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, People and Talent).
- Experience running end to end recruiting process, from role kickoffs to closing candidates.
- Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers.
- Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Strong customer first mindset with history of providing an amazing candidate experience.
- High level of attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience hiring in the payments/FinTech space.
- Experience with Ashby.
