Job Summary: The Vice President of Marketing will lead and direct all marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing brand positioning and driving referrals. This individual will manage the Marketing Manager and Physician Liaison Manager, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, revenue, and overall market presence. The VP of Marketing will play a key role in creating and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing the marketing playbook, and leveraging external resources to maximize impact. This position requires healthcare industry knowledge and marketing expertise. This role is responsible for setting and tracking strategic goals, collaborating across functional teams, and evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand positioning. Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and generating referrals. Ensure effective execution of the marketing playbook across all channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful marketing efforts. Lead and manage the Marketing Manager and Physician Liaison Manager, providing guidance and support in executing marketing strategies. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the marketing team. Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment with marketing goals. Own and manage the brand, ensuring that all marketing materials, campaigns, and touchpoints reflect the company’s core values and voice. Maintain brand consistency across all channels, working closely with design, content, and digital teams to ensure high-quality, cohesive messaging. Proactively monitor and assess competitors and industry trends to keep the brand relevant and distinctive in the market. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI). Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve performance. Regularly report on campaign results and marketing metrics to senior leadership, offering recommendations for improvements. Liaise with other functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, product development) to ensure marketing strategies align with broader company objectives. Support the Physician Liaison Manager in developing strategies to strengthen relationships with physicians and drive referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively support lead generation and conversion. Identify, manage, and collaborate with external vendors and agencies to maximize marketing efforts, ensuring deliverables meet company expectations. Manage budgets and contracts with third-party marketing resources to ensure efficient use of marketing spend. Utilize industry knowledge, marketing experience, and customer insights to guide strategies aimed at increasing revenue through more effective customer acquisition and retention. Implement initiatives designed to generate leads, nurture existing relationships, and drive overall business growth. Requirements: Strong operational and executional marketing skills with a focus on measurable results and ROI. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms to track and optimize campaigns. Strong understanding of brand management, content marketing, social media, and multi-channel marketing strategies. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Project Management) are a plus. 7-10 years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in driving brand awareness and referrals. Experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred.
