Project Finance Agency Services Account Manager – Vice President Job ID: R0361669 Full/Part-Time: Full-time Regular/Temporary: Regular Listed: 2024-12-05 Location: New York Position Overview Job Title: Project Finance Agency Services Account Manager Corporate Title: Vice President Location: New York, NY Overview: As the Project Finance Agency Account Manager (PFAS), you will provide agency services on a diverse portfolio of project finance/structured finance transactions including construction bridges, syndicated loans, international cross-border financings, and export credits in the renewable, infrastructure, midstream oil & gas, and telecom sectors. As a Vice President within this team, you will lead the charge in managing a diverse set of responsibilities that span across account management, acting as an administrative agent, and ensuring transactional compliance. Your expertise in managing complex transactions and ensuring compliance will contribute to the success of our international and domestic clients. Identify, receive, transfer, invest, and disburse trust and agency funds pursuant to the terms of the legal contracts, using methods such as Fed Wires, Swift, and ACH, and work with both internal and external investment firms; review and approve disbursement requests, monitor draw procedures, manage flow of funds mechanics, and internal loan administration. Monitor transactions to verify borrower compliance with governing documents including budget, base case, insurance, security arrangements, Events of Default, and reporting requirements; responsible for processing amendments, waivers, and consents requests. Manage all interactions between borrowers, lenders, independent engineers, legal counsels, and internal units; participate in workout or restructuring situations. Prepare periodic administrative reviews of the entire portfolio. How You’ll Lead: Although this role is not a supervisory one, the Account Manager is responsible for sharing knowledge and providing training to Account Administrators. Collaborate and interact with other PFAS team members, senior management, and operations teams to ensure high quality of work/client service delivery. Primary point of contact with clients. Skills You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in business or related. Relevant experience in Project Finance and/or Corporate Trust. Experienced in trust accounts’ daily activity management. Knowledge of syndicated loan structures, collateral & security trustee services and administrative agent functions. Understanding of legal deal documentation. Skills That Will Help You Excel: Proficiency with software such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail. Expectations: It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $115,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
