- Install and repair plumbing systems in multi-family homes.
- Work with materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.
- Detect leaks and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Clean drains and manage sewage backups.
- Review blueprints and ensure code compliance.
- Experience in plumbing or multifamily maintenance.
- Certifications are a plus (not required).
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and tools.
- Must be reliable and a team player.
- Material and gas cost coverage.
- Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
