Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for both first and second shifts to join our team. This role involves non-butchery production of various meats and deli products, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will be responsible for sorting, packaging, and cooking products, as well as ensuring proper labeling and ingredient distribution.
Responsibilities- Hand sort products
- Deposit product from the belt into sealed pouches using a bag-filled cup filling machine
- Transfer finished pouches to the cooking rack
- Move unfinished product from tubs to belts
- Place cooked product in trays, boxes, and tubs
- Ensure the product has the correct label, weighing ingredients, temperature, and proper distribution
- Combine ingredients and cook soups using the company’s recipe
- General production

Candidates will go direct after 720 hours and will be eligible for a $1/hr weekly attendance bonus. Work EnvironmentThe facility is climate-controlled, kept at a crisp 35-45 degrees at all times. Protective gear such as lab coats, hair nets, gloves, hard hats, and ear protection will be provided. New hires start on Wednesday at 9:00 AM with wellness and HR training, followed by safety and quality training on Thursday, and additional floor training and new hire lunch and activities on Friday. Expect to work the first Saturday. First shift positions run Monday through Friday (alternating Saturdays) with start times from 5:00 AM to 6:30 AM. Second shift positions run Monday through Friday (alternating Saturdays) with a start time of 1:30 PM. Closed-toe shoes are required.
