Customer Service Rep Job Description

Projected Start Date: 1/29/25

Location: Dayton Beach, FL 32114 (2 days a week in office, 3 days a week work from home)

Equipment Provided by company

Shift:

• 9:30am - 6pm shift, Monday through Friday (For training which will be 3-4 weeks long)
• 11:30am to 8pm shift after training (hybrid)

Details:

• Will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day.
• This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50
