Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive. An amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of retail, commercial, restaurant, and hospitality custom design and fabrication sales. We are looking for talented, hard-working team players with creative sensibilities and industry experience to join our team.
This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Being a self-starter, having a willingness to take the bull by the proverbial horns, and think outside the box are pluses when it comes to our group.
This position will report to the President, and work closely with Vice Presidents, Director of Operations, and Project Managers to sell award-winning cool shit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to expand the companys client base to help achieve our revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs, introducing 555s products and services.
- Utilize LinkedIn, email, company marketing tools, and/or other networking platforms to identify and prospect new accounts that complement 555s target market, core competencies, products and services.
- Assist in obtaining critical questions for the estimation process: contacts, timelines, material schedules, applicable drawings, target budgets (if available).
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Represent 555 in a professional manner with clients, GCs, and others as required virtually and in person
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the custom millwork or construction industry
- General knowledge of custom millwork, woodworking processes, and materials
- Proven ability to develop and close sales deals that deliver in the short, mid, and long term
- Experience in B2B sales in the manufacturing, design, hospitality industries
- Ability to manage multiple potential projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and CRM software like Linkedin, Salesforce, and ClickUp
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Existing book of business ideal
- Functional knowledge of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and detailing is a plus for evaluating potential scope within provided drawings
- Ability to work self-sufficiently. Must demonstrate ability to think independently and work autonomously.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven work environment.
- Exceptional communication (verbal/written) skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members, potential clients, and clients
- Diligent and detail oriented as it relates to all aspects of tracking sales
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to be forward thinking
