Use analytics tools to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to the leadership team on ROI and marketing effectiveness. Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives with a primary focus on increasing sales and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Sales-Driven Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically aimed at driving sales growth and increasing market share. Analyze customer buying behaviors and industry trends to create targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives. Lead Generation & Conversion : Oversee lead generation efforts, leveraging digital platforms, content marketing, and events to build a robust sales pipeline. Optimize the customer journey to increase lead conversion rates, including landing pages, email campaigns, and follow-ups. Develop and execute remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers. Brand Positioning : Strengthen market position by creating a compelling brand message that resonates with target customers. Manage the development of sales collateral, product brochures, and promotional materials to support the sales team. Customer Engagement : Develop strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities. Implement customer feedback loops to refine marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Experience 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on driving sales in a B2B or B2C environment. Proven track record of creating marketing campaigns that directly resulted in increased revenue. Experience in the cabinetry, home improvement, or design industries is highly desirable. Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
