Desired Skillsets
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
  • Proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing.
  • Familiarity with metal stud framing.
  • Proficient at painting.
  • Familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques.
  • Demonstrates strong fine carpentry and "handyman" skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed.
Candidates should have the following:
  • Stable job history
  • Good references
  • Dependable to be at work and on time, and have a reliable means of transportation to a healthcare campus in Jacksonville, Fl.


The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and qualifications.

Carpenter Pay Range

$25-$28 USD
