- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in engineering development and lead electrical assembly projects
- Plan, organize, and control build processes and related costs
- Collaborate cross-functionally during all project phases
- Manage material availability and keep project teams informed
- Drive best practices and cost-saving initiatives
- Assign and track tasks to optimize team performance
- Communicate project status, issues, and concerns to management
- Support quoting team with input on concepts, hours, and material costs
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, on-time delivery, and product quality
- Troubleshoot wiring and circuits, interpret schematics
- Coordinate tear-down and installation processes
- 3-4 years of electrical experience; Journeyman's card preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, schematic interpretation, panel building, and machine wiring
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various physical positions
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
