Coverage Needed November 7, 2024 -Ongoing Schedule Monday, Tuesday 8:30-5p Wednesday - Friday 7:30a-3:30p Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center and 3 days per week in the clinic setting Clinical Details 12 -15 patients per shift Outpatient Adult patients 4 Exam Rooms All Epidurals, Facet Injections, Ablations, and other procedures are preformed at the Surgery Center Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Active CA License ACLS Active FLURO Required, will consider providers that have a temp FLURO in hand Call No Call Support Staff MA EMR Epic
