*Qualifications* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school * Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain) * Minimum two (2) years general dentist practice experience. * Molar endo and Implant placement experience desired.
