THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

THE SCHEDULE:

When you join our real estate agency in the executive assisting role, you have the opportunity for overtime. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, either from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.


YOUR ROLE:

As an Administrative Assistant, your day begins with the preparation of the team leader's daily call list, ensuring readiness for engagements with clients and prospects. Throughout the day, you proficiently manage the team leader's schedule, facilitating timely participation in meetings and appointments. You respond to incoming calls with professionalism and a courteous demeanor, serving as a principal point of contact for clients. In between tasks, you oversee the client gift program, curating thoughtful items that foster and enhance relationships. As events approach, you engage in meticulous planning and execution of every detail to ensure memorable experiences for clients. Each day, you serve as the organizational foundation, enabling the team to thrive and deliver exceptional results.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Possession of superior organizational, time, and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills involving MAC/PC including Microsoft Suite & Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Outlook, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with social media (preferred)
