Wrapped N Love Home Care LLC is a non-medical home care agency looking for a reliable, experienced, Human Resource Administrator to help maintain the day-to-day Human Resource job duties. Must work well with others, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and well organized. Note that not everything will fit under a job title and therefore will help out in all areas requested. We employ team players and we act as a team with the expectation we will be team members with the person being hired.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Screen and recruit new team members/Host job fairs/set-up tables for job fairs
  • Onboard new employees
  • Administer compensation and benefits (become familiar with WNLHC benefits)
  • Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
  • Assist in performance management tasks
  • Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
  • Prepare bi-weekly, weekly payroll reports and enters necessary data in payroll system
  • Review, update, and create new company policies
  • Resolve conflicts, conduct employee evaluations, terminations, write-ups, raises, promotions etc.
  • Conduct New hire Orientation
  • Conduct professional development training
  • Employee engagement/employee retention
  • Implement safety program
  • Manage exit interviews
  • Develop and maintain a monthly report with all related job data
  • Create and handle employee satisfaction surveys
  • Participant in quarterly Quality Management improvement meetings

Compensation & Benefits
  • Full time position
  • 43,000-50,000 annual salary

Experience/Education Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands & Environment

Employees will be required to travel. Employees may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use the keyboard, see, talk, and hear. May occasionally lift objects of 10 to 25 lbs. You are required to be on-call every third (3rd) weekend of each month. You are required to come into the office every third Saturday of the month from 9am-5pm. You are permitted to work remotely on Sundays.
