Must have a current residency in Southern Florida, south of palm beach area for project site visits to existing homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activity of assigned residential and steep slope commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage and lead in-house roofing crews and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work that meets company standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless communication, project updates, and schedule management.
  • Monitor job sites for safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Handle and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working order to keep the job site running smoothly.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Foreman in the roofing industry, with a focus on residential and steep slope commercial roofing.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage in-house crews and/or subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including project management software, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred to communicate effectively with a diverse team and clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and the roofing industry’s best practices.
  • A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Requires a Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
