Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of experience in employment law advising and counseling.
2. Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws.
3. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide practical, client-focused solutions.

Education:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
