Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership targets and grow sales volume.
- Oversee sales team performance and ensure monthly sales goals and KPIs are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize pricing and product mix.
- Motivate, coach, and lead the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve top performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by improving sales processes and offering product/service enhancements.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations for sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to overall dealership growth.
- At least 1 years of experience working in a sales manager role at a dealership within the past 3 years
- Extensive experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with market analysis, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
- Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
