Role Overview

Working directly alongside our commercially-focused co-founder, you'll be a key player in our expansion strategy. As an Enterprise Account Manager focusing on the US market, you'll build your own playbook while identifying, engaging, and closing high profile enterprise B2C brands. This is not a role for those who need hand-holding we're looking for autonomous hunters who want to make their mark in a fast-growing company.

Location

  • Based in New York (hybrid)
  • Remote flexibility within NY/NJ/CT tri-state area
  • Occasional in-person meetings with enterprise clients
  • Occasional industry event attendance such as NRF, SXSW & Shoptalk

Key Responsibilities

  • Own your success: Build and execute your personal prospecting and closing strategies across the US market
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with minimal oversight
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations that challenge prospects' existing approaches
  • Learn directly from experienced founders who have built and scaled successful enterprises
  • Take initiative in finding new ways to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
  • Network within the New York marketing, ecommerce and media ecosystem

What We're Looking For

  • Proven self-starter with 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the US market
  • Track record of exceeding quota through self-generated opportunities
  • Experience selling to marketing, media and e-commerce teams
  • Deep curiosity about social media marketing, content strategy, and e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of US media buying landscape and social media optimization
  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools similar to Pipedrive and Lemlist
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently close 60k ARR deals within a 3 month sales cycle
  • Generate 30% of pipeline through self-sourced opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of 3x quota
  • Acquire new enterprise B2C brands
  • Help scale existing enterprise client base by expanding in the US market
  • Develop and share new best practices with the team
  • Build strong relationships within the NY marketing community
