Our client, a leading owner and operator of industrial and office assets, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for their property management platform. This role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities while showcasing the value of the companys expertise in managing industrial and office properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a strong background in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new property management contracts for industrial and office assets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
- Articulate the value proposition of the companys property management platform, highlighting operational efficiencies, tenant satisfaction, and cost management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the commercial real estate community.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Meet or exceed business development goals and contribute to the overall growth of the property management platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on business development or property management. [MUST have exposure to commercial assets]
- Proven track record of winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
In return our client offers a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 + performance based bonus.
