Background Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in flexible packaging sales
• Experience in managing a large CPG
• Strong knowledge of the Northeast/East Coast Market
• Printing and lamination experience
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing territory
• Residing in the east coast NY, NJ, CT, Philly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and expand presence in the assigned territory
• Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers across the industry.
• Lead contract negotiations with retail and distribution partners to secure optimal agreements.
• Identify market trends and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align efforts and drive product success.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
