Position: Senior Microsoft Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Pay: $100k to $125k/year Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Day Shift, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team Job Description: Design, develop, enhance, test, and implement applications and integrated solutions using Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with business analysts and IT team members to ensure that business requirements are met and application development goals are achieved. Provide support for applications, including problem analysis and troubleshooting as needed. Stay current with emerging technologies, including Microsoft, AI, and automation tools, and continuously improve technical skills. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT team members, fostering growth and development. Position Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving successful project outcomes. A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What Were Looking For: 5 years of extensive experience in Microsoft SQL Server, including in-depth knowledge of T-SQL for database management, querying, and administration, with strong proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for managing database servers. 3 years of expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and workflow applications. 3 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for version control and collaboration. 2 years of proficiency in Microsoft .NET C# and advanced skills in Microsoft Visual Studio for supporting computer programs, web applications, and services. 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Power Apps to rapidly build custom applications with minimal coding. 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Power Automate (or similar robotic process automation tools) to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks across applications and services. Strong preference for experience with SAP Integration Suite (SAP-IS) or other middleware/integration tools for end-to-end process integration across cloud-based and on-premises applications.
