Senior Solutions Design Engineer
who is responsible for re-designing future state landscape for CSS Business Unit, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and robust Computer System Validation (CSV) processes. Expert knowledge in various technologies including Cloud PaaS, IaaS, Web Technologies, Databases, enabling seamless client interactions, message & error detections. The
Senior Solutions Design Engineer
will provide thought partnership to establish best practices for high quality application development and deployment. The incumbent in this role will work closely with functional leaders, business unit leaders, and subject matter experts in developing solutions that support the Clinical Supply Services business. The Role: Subject matter expert providing overall technology & design focus for complex & innovative products and reusable assets Design and build reliable, scalable, and secure product platforms that conform with Catalent’s quality and compliance requirements Transform manual processes by scoping, designing and building RPA bots, and automating processes such as approval tracking, finance and reporting Building and supporting applications and integrations with technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, Azure Logic apps, C#, and Python Understand and support Azure cloud technologies for data migration, ingestion and processing (e.g., ADLS, Azure Databricks) Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security leaders to maintain a robust information security posture for applications systems to protect the privacy and confidentiality of Catalent’s data 20% global travel expectations Other duties as assigned The Candidate: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Information Technology or Engineering field, required Minimum, 15+ years’ related experience in designing and building Enterprise applications 7+ years of prior experience in Enterprise, Business, Information, Systems & Application or Solution Architecture 5+ years as a system architect role in a GxP environment, familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) and implementing validated SDLC processes Documented certification in Microsoft Azure Technologies Strong technical experience in RPA, specifically Automation Anywhere, HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, Java, microservices, web methods Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds Why You Should Join Catalent: Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback process Diverse, inclusive culture 152 hours of PTO + 8 paid holidays Several Employee Resource Groups focusing on D&I Dynamic, fast-paced work environment Positive working environment focusing on continually improving processes to remain innovative Potential for career growth on an expanding team within an organization dedicated to preserving and bettering lives Community engagement and green initiatives Generous 401K match Medical, dental and vision benefits effective day one of employment Tuition Reimbursement WellHub - program to promote overall physical wellness Perkspot - offers exclusive or private discounts from approximately 900+ merchants in a wide array of categories Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
