Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Technical Project Manager

with expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365

to manage and oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in project management, and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: - Lead and manage Dynamics 365 implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to project scope and budget. - Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and timelines. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and success. Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment of project goals. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and technical teams to define system requirements, customize solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Dynamics 365 Implementation and Customization: - Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements. - Guide teams through the setup, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. - Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, using tools like Power Platform, Azure, and APIs. Risk and Change Management: - Identify and mitigate project risks, handling issues proactively to avoid delays or disruptions. - Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption across the organization. Quality Assurance and Testing: - Ensure that all technical aspects of the project meet defined specifications and industry standards. - Oversee testing cycles to ensure the functionality, security, and scalability of the deployed solutions. Post-Implementation Support: - Provide ongoing support and optimization of Dynamics 365 after go-live, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving business needs. - Work with clients to resolve post-implementation issues and enhance the system's performance.

Required Qualifications: Experience: - 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 implementation projects. - Strong experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management. Skills: - Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Proficiency in managing projects using tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. - Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 with other applications or systems. - Knowledge of data migration strategies, user training, and post-go-live support. Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certifications. - PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with

Power Platform

(Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for reporting and automation. - Familiarity with cloud-based environments, especially

Microsoft Azure . - Experience in

agile project management

or familiarity with agile frameworks. Soft Skills: - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Problem-solving ability and critical thinking. - Adaptable to changing environments and able to work under pressure.
