We are looking for an energetic, high-performing Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing sales organization. As a Senior Sales Engineer you will play a pivotal role in our transformative journey to become a billion-dollar company. As part of this ambitious endeavor, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our customers’ business requirements and our commercial and technical capabilities. You will step up as a trusted advisor to showcase MP’s market intelligence solutions, establish ourselves as thought leaders to customers’ business stakeholders, and help close the biggest deals.

What we expect you to own and run with:

Collaborating with Prospects : Work closely with prospects to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for value creation, and align MARKT-PILOT’s solutions with their objectives. Presenting Value : Develop and present compelling technical and business cases to executive stakeholders, clearly demonstrating how MARKT-PILOT drives revenue growth and strengthens competitive advantage. Tailored Demonstrations : Create and deliver personalized product demos that address specific customer needs, showcasing clear ROI and measurable business outcomes. Leading Proof-of-Value Trials : Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of proof-of-value trials, ensuring a seamless process and providing actionable insights to validate the impact. Providing Technical Expertise : Serve as the go-to expert on MARKT-PILOT’s solutions, integrations, and capabilities, translating technical features into tangible business results. Supporting Strategic Sales : Partner with the sales team to move deals forward, offering hands-on technical guidance and proactively addressing challenges throughout the sales cycle. Delivering Customer Insights : Work with the product and customer success teams to share valuable field insights, helping to shape product improvements and set roadmap priorities. Which boxes you need to check:

5+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solution engineering role, ideally in SaaS, manufacturing, or data-driven industries. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Proven ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate clear business value to diverse audiences. Track record of partnering with sales teams to win complex enterprise deals and drive revenue growth. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to connect customer challenges to MARKT-PILOT’s solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and familiarity with SaaS delivery models. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
