Handle a diverse caseload involving intellectual property and trade secret litigation. Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, answers, discovery requests, responses, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Conduct depositions, including preparation, defense, and examination of witnesses. Perform thorough legal research and provide comprehensive analyses to support litigation strategies. Participate in hearings, oral arguments, and other court proceedings. Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on intellectual property and trade secrets. Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and engaging in high-level legal writing. Admitted to the Delaware Bar or eligibility and willingness to sit for the Delaware bar exam. Practical experience practicing in the District of Delaware. Strong oral advocacy and research skills. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Admission to the Delaware Bar or commitment to obtaining Delaware Bar admission. Skills:
