This role is in-office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Costa Mesa, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile trade shows and manage social media channels for two leading brands in the EV industry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Coordination:

Assist in the planning and execution of major trade shows and events. Manage event logistics, including:

Vendor coordination for booth setups Ensuring product shipments arrive and are staged on time. Coordinating event-specific activities and demonstrations. Overseeing hotel and travel arrangements for team members.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and sales team to ensure smooth event execution. Serve as a key point of contact for on-site troubleshooting during events. Social Media Management:

Take ownership of social media channels for key brands:

Platforms include Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Develop and implement a content calendar with engaging posts tailored to the audience of each platform. Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to increase brand visibility and interaction. Provide live social media coverage during events and other promotional activities. Content Creation:

Produce high-quality content, including:

Case Studies, Project Summaries Posts, graphics, and captions for social media. Blog posts or articles highlighting key announcements and industry trends.

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral (e.g., signage, catalogs, stickers). Administrative Support:

Coordinate with vendors and ensure deadlines are met for deliverables such as premiums, signage, and business cards. Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement and event ROI. Assist in managing the marketing budget for events and campaigns. Assist with other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree with a marketing concentration preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role, office management, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write. Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool, or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls. Use standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, printers, photocopiers, etc. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets. Note:
