Restaurant Manager Opportunity – $80K+ | Ashburn, Virginia

This is a dynamic, growth-oriented position with opportunities to advance to Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) levels within our boutique concept.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all culinary activities, ensuring exceptional food quality and preparation.
Lead and manage a high-performing team, training staff to consistently deliver remarkable dining experiences.
Oversee guest services, delivering tailored, memorable moments while addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain effective staff schedules to meet operational needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.

Proven experience in upscale, full-service dining (a must).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage others.
