AI Developer (Onsite)
We have an immediate need for a direct hire AI Developer to join an industry-leading building materials and construction products distribution company. The AI Developer will have hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI platforms, including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Azure AI services.
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
This job expects to pay about $110,000 – 150,000 annually plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and deploy AI models using platforms like Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Azure AI.
Create and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems for custom use cases.
Develop APIs and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Build and manage data pipelines to support model training and inference.
Evaluate and implement advanced AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and tools, applying them to solve complex business problems.
Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Provide technical documentation and training to internal teams to facilitate AI adoption.
What Gets You The Job:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on work with large-scale AI models.
Proficiency with AI platforms such as Google Gemini, OpenAI APIs (GPT, Codex, DALL·E), and Azure AI (Cognitive Services, Machine Learning).
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
Ability to deploy AI models in production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in fine-tuning or developing custom AI models using transformers, GANs, or diffusion models.
Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation techniques, and explainable AI (XAI).
Certification in AI/ML technologies.
