As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of color in digital and physical spaces, driving meaningful impact for creative professionals worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who can combine complex data science techniques with the ability to find and share actionable insights relevant to the problem at hand. Your Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across various business functions such as Marketing, Product, UX, and Engineering to lead analytics projects that solve business problems. Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources to get a deep understanding of the business to provide impactful analyses from all angles. Develop predictive models such as propensity to buy, likelihood to churn, customer lifetime value, etc., then assist the relevant teams in implementing these models optimally. Design, monitor, analyze and create reporting for key business initiatives. Support e-commerce site as well as SaaS business. Communicate and present data and insights clearly, distilling complexity down to its essence. Gather requirements and build data visualizations and interactive dashboards. Partner with the product team to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests. Your Experience Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role in e-commerce. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to different audiences. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in data manipulation, querying, and visualization tools. Strong SQL skills as well as experience working in at least one of SAS, Python or R. Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with business intelligence solutions that translate insights into simple and concise visuals (e.g., Looker, Tableau, etc.). Ability to think critically about problems through multiple perspectives and assert demonstrable hypotheses. Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills. Your Attributes You're a bright, self-motivated and passionate about numbers as well as the graphical visualization of information. You're proactive, data-driven, diligent and focused on business results. You have a knack for spotting patterns in data that can substantiate informed decisions. You see the big picture and pay close attention to detail. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: A deep knowledge of SQL as well as other analytical coding languages, and a natural flair for telling a compelling story with data. Have worked in an e-commerce or B2B environment and are excited to drive a global brand such as Pantone into improving its data-driven decision capabilities. US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 USD per year.
