Lead Superintendent - $95M Multifamily Project - Newton MA is responsible for:
Lead the construction of multifamily, wood-frame projects from groundbreaking to completion 60M+
Manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics for efficient project delivery
Work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
Maintain open lines of communication with all team members and external partners
Profile
Lead Superintendent - $95M Multifamily Project - Newton MA will have:
Construction Superintendent experience with a GC/developer (8+ years)
Proven experience as a
Lead Superintendent
on large ground-up multifamily projects, ideally $60M+ wood frame Strong tenure with reputable general contractors Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Familiarity with construction/project management Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification 30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Job Offer The Lead Superintendent will receive: Base salary up to $185K Competitive benefits Company truck provided!
