Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and professional development. Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders. Oversee procurement processes, including bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor selection. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and company procedures. Identify and mitigate risks, providing innovative solutions to project challenges. Prepare and present detailed progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation.
