Superintendent - High End Residential - Ipswich, MA - Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and team coordination. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with local architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any project-related challenges. Report to senior management on project progress, delays, or other key factors.
Profile Superintendent - High End Residential - Ipswich, MA - Will have
5+ years as a Superintendent, specifically in high-end residential/custom homes. Experience managing $5M+ custom home projects. Must come from a high-end residential construction background, ideally from a prominent or well-established competitor. Candidates from smaller homebuilders will not be considered. Strong knowledge of the Massachusetts construction scene, with established connections to local architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
