Seeking a superintendent to join their team and assist on their custom home projects. Client Details This full service general contractor is dedicated to design/build as well as development of luxury custom homes throughout South Florida and local to Broward County & Palm Beach County FL. They specialize in residential projects including luxury homes, historic renovations, and some high end commercial builds. Description

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met. Manage and mentor on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, to optimize performance and productivity. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project requirements. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns. Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders, to track project status and facilitate efficient project management.

Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on luxury custom home projects. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate on-site personnel to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Thorough understanding of construction principles, practices, and techniques, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project, is preferred. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
