Concrete Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, and enforce quality control measures Client Details Structural Concrete sub contractor based in Colorado Springs that serves general contractors and homeowners. They have two divisions, commercial and residential. Both have robust pipelines of work causing the team to expand in order to accommodate project demands. Description Construction Concrete Superintendent will be responsible for the following: Run/manage project from start to finish Oversee Foreman on a daily bases Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
