We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of Commercial and Residential projects from planning through completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you should have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. The position will sit out of the Hauppauge office. With a diverse portfolio and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead their projects to successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals. Address project challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain progress. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support project success.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing Commercial and Residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and local building regulations. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Experience with self-performing developers is a plus. Familiarity with Long Island building codes and compliance requirements.
