We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of accounting functions, including processing invoices, managing payroll, and performing reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and perform reconciliations for three distinct bank accounts
• Handle the creation and dispatching of invoices
• Oversee the full cycle of payroll activities using Gusto
• Use Quickbooks Online for various accounting functions
• Perform project billing as and when required
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability
• Process proposals related to accounting tasks.• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Demonstrated knowledge of standard Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis.
• Familiarity with Gusto payroll platform is preferred.
• Experience in Full Cycle Payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Project Billing procedures.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online is essential.
