We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Health Insurance industry located in CARMEL, Indiana. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you'll be tasked with processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and responding to related inquiries. Your role will also include monitoring financial accounts and taking necessary actions.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately process daily checks for deposit.

• Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated financial records.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to their accounts and transactions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

• Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail due to the high volume of transactions.

• Possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are swiftly addressed.

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all customer invoices are issued promptly and payments are received as per agreed terms.

• Experience with Billing procedures, ensuring all transactions are accurately billed and recorded in the financial system.

• Excellent Data Entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed, approved, and paid in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its functionalities to maintain financial records and generate reports.
