POSITION SUMMARY
Lifescape Colorado is seeking organized, adaptive, and hard-working individuals to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in our Property Care Division. The Property Care Coordinator supports the Property Care Production Manager in facilitating profitable maintenance projects and collaborates closely with the Property Care Team to ensure the successful completion of Property Care and Plant Health Care services. Manages schedules, routing, time capture, and process completion for department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Crew Management
• Prepare and communicate a 72-hour schedule, manage timely crew departures, and ensure crews have picture punch lists, and timecards for weekly service projects.
• Collect paperwork from each Foreman daily.
• Review and approve job packs.
• Work with GMs on PC Picture Punch Lists to ensure all necessary information is included for job completion.

Time Management
• Accurately enter and review crew time daily, escalate issues to the Property Care Production Manager, and submit all timecards to payroll weekly.
• Routinely complete work tickets and close jobs in Aspire.
• Efficiently manage the Lifescape hours management process in Aspire.

Receipt and Expense Report Management
• Create purchase orders for all receipts from the Property Care Team.
• Generate necessary expense reports and submit before the weekly deadline.
• Ensure all receipts are filed, coded, and entered in Aspire and coded correctly for Finance.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training
• H.S. Degree / GED required.
• College Degree or Certification/License preferred.

Training and Certifications
• Landscape/Horticulture degree or 2+ years' experience in a similar field and/or position (Preferred).

Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with approval from fleet insurance carrier (Required).
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, Aspire, and M-Time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred).
