Accounting Manager: Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive Salary: $75,000–$83,000 annually (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses
• Remote Flexibility: Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling to support work-life balance

Accounting Manager: Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping
• Bookkeeping Skills: Proven ability with full-cycle bookkeeping
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Client Engagement: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Core Skills: Expertise in transactional bookkeeping, month-end close processes, financial reporting, and analysis
• Experience overseeing projects and meeting deadlines
• Multi-Unit Environments: Familiarity with managing multi-unit or multi-client accounting systems
• Flexibility: Willingness to assist with transactional tasks when necessary to meet client needs and deadlines
