If so, then this position may be the right one for you! As a Regulatory & Client Engagement Specialist within the Data Solutions team, focused on Investment Compliance Regulations, you will bring intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit to our fast-paced yet flexible environment. In this dynamic and evolving space, you will be responsible for delivering best in class data solutions to our institutional clients, adapting to evolving regulations and influencing the global regulatory framework that supports our products. You will act as a senior contact for clients covering all items including meetings, adoption of best practice and escalations. Job responsibilitiesSenior Client Facing Presence, ability to manage and impact critical relationships.Work closely with Product partners on the development agenda, regulation updates and design communication materials for our client base.Design and run the global client engagement agendaWork with the Global Regulatory Lead and Product to plan and execute the transition to use of standard rule sets across all 40 Act clients.Design, Plan and Execute the optimization of IRS reporting, incorporating/leveraging Fusion where possible.As and when required, own specific client relationships from an Operational perspective, ensuring stakeholders have the right level of attention and engagement.Maintain a thorough understanding of industry, market and regulatory developments related to all regulatory reporting, engagement and disclosure requirements for asset owners and asset managersProvides compliance-related guidance and regulatory expertise to clientsEngage clients to maximize the product usePartners with Client Service to help change client behavior where required and acts as senior escalation contact for client relationshipsOptimization owner, designing, planning and executing implementation strategies through to completion.Participates in RFPs, attend client service review meetings and callsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls with excellent attention to detailProject management skills Strong financial instrument knowledge including an understanding of Fixed Income, Equity markets and Derivatives exposure calculations including OTC Swaps and currency overlay strategiesStrong knowledge of the 40Act, IRS, UCITS, AIFMD, TCFD, SFDR, along with an overall understanding of regulations relating to pension plans, adviser and mutual fundsStrong Client Service/Client Management skillsExperience in managing compliance or related staff, at various levelsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate withclients and senior internal partnersExperience in working with and communicating to senior investment and compliance professionalsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in Post Trade Investment Compliance/Fund Accounting with an expertise in rule interpretation and codingExperience with Investment Compliance systems such as TRAC, Charles RiverESG Qualifications 10+ Years experience in a client facing operations roleExperience of leading large teams would be beneficial, but not a requirement JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
