It is a great time to join our agency! We are looking for an Recruiter Assistant!

THE POSITION

• Help recruiting team provide temporary and permanent placement for anesthesia clinicians at hospitals and surgery centers across the country
• Establish contact and build productive relationships with new and existing clinicians via telephone and email
• Assist senior members of the recruiting team with tasks to ensure successful placements

THE REQUIRMENTS

• Excellent telephone etiquette and skills
• Great interpersonal and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work independently once trained
• Recruiting experience is a plus!

THE COMPENSATION

• Base Salary of $40,000 to $42,000 based on experience
• Monthly commission once successfully making placements
• Employee only health insurance

• Participation in a company Profit Sharing/401k Plan
