Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to support key personnel hiring and surge hiring efforts. This role requires a professional with strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to identify and engage top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Personnel Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, attract, and onboard high-priority key personnel for critical roles.
  • Surge Hiring Support: Manage high-volume hiring efforts during surge periods, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, etc.) to build a pipeline of top candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews, phone interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with key personnel and high-volume hiring.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time schedule.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and employment laws.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during surge hiring efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in [specific industry or sector, if applicable].
  • Strong networking skills and established industry connections.
  • Previous experience with government or contract recruiting (if relevant).

Work Hours:

  • Flexible schedule of 10–15 hours per week, with potential adjustments during peak hiring periods.
